RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

*IF AN ITEM IS RECEIVED DAMAGED, PLEASE EMAIL US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT.

*ALL ITEMS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE WITH TAG AND RECEIPT IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION (NO SIGNS OF WEAR/WASH, STAINS, SMOKE, PERFUME, OR OTHER ODORS, SIGNS OF PETS, OR DAMAGE MADE BY YOU) FOR EXCHANGE OR MERCHANDISE/STORE CREDIT ONLY (LESS SHIPPING CHARGE).  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPROPER HANDLING OR INCORRECT SIZING.  IF RETURNABLE ITEMS ARE NOT RECEIVED WITHIN THE 14 DAY PERIOD, IT WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE.  ONCE THE MERCHANDISE IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED BASED ON OUR POLICY, WE HAVE 48 HOURS TO PROCESS THE RETURN.  WE WILL THEN ISSUE A ONLINE STORE CREDIT CODE.
